William (Bill) is based in the Livermore, California, office, which he opened in 2015 with a focus on EPC delivery. The region has since expanded from three employees to 45, and also includes offices in Salt Lake City and Los Angeles, which Rudder also oversees.
He started his career in project management, is fluent in Spanish and has overseen projects in Latin America for 13 years. Since 2012, he has worked extensively with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, completing more than 14 projects for the church in North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. In 2020, he led the formation of 澳门足彩app’s Religious & Cultural Division to deepen the relationship with the client and the market.
Bill, a former 澳门足彩app intern who now has been with the company since 2006, has a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and an MBA from the University of Florida.
Bill is married with three children, is active in his church and enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and sailing.
